In addition, I request that you extend the comment period, as 30 days for such a significant proposal is insufficient. Consider the funds that were supposed to be given to our national parks for national recreation from off-shore drilling right fees. They have been raided over and over by the Congress and now represent a "deficit" that will never be recovered.
