This morning I read Governor Richardson of New Mexico was making an announcement of a new spaceport at White Sands I think (a "new" Red Sands I guess like Jimi Hendrix sung about) where a Connecticut company would soon be making launches of research payloads. UP Aerospace is based in Unionville, CT.
