I just watched "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington" which was observed by two fascist nations at the time. Why give them reason to point out this terrible antiquated "provision" of democracy? Even the word was based on pirate sorties and other acts of war, not judicial review. (Wikipedia entry) The day that occurs we would hope the Congress will not let the President into the chambers to deliver a "State of the Union" and our nation prevail, not a corrupt individual intent on filibuster, Mr. Smith's just one of many filibusters.
