Will there be friction between John Roberts and Elena Kagan on the Supreme Court? - By Dahlia Lithwick - Slate Magazine

Chief Robert's wife came from across the street here on Holland Ave. in the borough of the Bronx, NY. Tragically she lost a brother who crashed off the Tappan Zee Bridge in a late model LandRover, one of the few that actually landed in the Hudson River, before the hearings. We're looking forward to replacing the bridge with buses, trains, vehicles and walkways. Years ago I was at the opening of the first law school in New York State in Buffalo, NY as a student and I am glad to see that the Ms. Kagan is considered for the court, we seem to lose connections with our very large academic "world" sometimes in the creation and interpretation of the law, consider finally inequalities in cocaine adjusted. Once fondly recalling Introducing Bordeaux wines in 1974 to students, we turned around and raised the drinking age.
