How come the first solar powered boat to cross the Atlantic Ocean arrived last May (2007) and no one heard about it? How come a solar boat the "Loon" traversed the New York State canal system from Oswego to New York's capital, Albany and we didn't hear about it? I remember the first solar boat to circumnavigate Long Island, NY just a year or so ago electric motors from a former torpedo company I think. Maybe President Bush should have.
